Allday Construction was awarded the earthworks for a 4 story apartment block located in Beauford St, Perth for Perth builder, PSAROS.
On commencing the project, peat was found throughout the entire block. Within 2 business days Allday Construction mobilised our own equipment including 30 tonne excavator, WA 250 front-end loader and co-ordinated 7 semi-tippers running for 4 days which removed 1440m3 of peat and brought in 1873.15 tonnes of clean fill.
Sellinger Apartments scope of work includes:
All rubbish, vegetation and top soil removed from the entire block
The site cut then levelled and compacted in accordance with site plan specifications
Footings dug and all excess spoil removed
Back filling and compaction performed in layers of no more than 300mm
Final trim in preparation for concrete and post compacted to a minimum of 8 blows and certified with compaction certificate provided
Soft landscaped areas boxed out as required
