Construction giant Pindan was awarded the contract for a new shopping development in Ellenbrook city centre comprising of retailers such as First Choice liquor, Cheese Cake Shop, and Pet Stock for the first stage and new supermarket chain Aldi for a second development stage.
The complete project was estimated at almost $9 million and the first stage earthworks to be completed by March 2016, and stage 2, completed by August 2016 ready for the retailer shop fit outs and operation to commence.
Allday construction provided the complete earthworks package for both stages including extensive car park works.
Mobilizing to site in late September 2015, both stages were completed to deadline.
