Allday Construction completed the earthworks for the seven storey Bluewater Apartment building complex constructed by Dempsey Gillespie located in Scarborough.
Works included:
- remove 1900m3 of fill sand
- remove 450m3 ground limestone
- Delivery of over 1500m3 of yellow fill
- Spread and compacted in layers to builders specifications, 12 blow
- Preparation for footings at various levels
This project demonstrates our ability to provide quality work to a detailed design plan and 12 blow compaction at various levels, Dempsey and Guillespie chose to work with Allday again on the Taskers Development in Fremantle.
