Project Detail
Located on George St, Cottesloe this project consisted of the demolition of an existing dwelling, excavation in preparation for the earthworks for an underground basement garage and two-story house for the Perth builder, Plan Design Build.
Scope of work:
Demolition of existing dwelling
Tree Removal
Rock breaking
Excavation of 700m3 of sand and rock
Cut levels and compact in accordance with detailed plans
Dig footings as per plan
Backfilling
This site had rather difficult road access as well as being situated on a small block working close to sheet piles with a number of large machines including :
12 tonne excavator with rock breaker
5 tonne excavator with rock breaker
WA 250 loader
